terms of service
✦ I reserve the right of using the commissioned work for self-promotion purposes, such as using them in my commission sheet or portfolio.
✦ I have the right to decline your request if I feel that am unable to fulfill your necessities.
✦ The price of my commissions are only for personal or private use. For commercial use, the price will be the double of the total price.
✦ You are not allowed to:
ᅠᅠ- Edit, trace or modify my artwork.
ᅠᅠ- Sell or make merchandise with it.
ᅠᅠ- Use it in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTS, cryptos...
ᅠᅠ- Use it to develop any AIs system.
payment
✦ I require the full payment upfront before starting your commission. If the commission is over 180€, payment could be divided in two installments.
✦ Payment will be done in EUR via Paypal invoices or Bizum (if you're from Spain).
✦ There's no refund once the payment has been made.
✦ Price may vary depending on complexity and details of the commission. Additional charges will be added to the base price.
✦ Final commission prices will include an additional 5% fee due to paypal fee.
✦ If you need your commission for a certain date, a rush fee will be included (+20% of the total price of the commission).
process
✦ Please provide as much references or explanation of your idea as you can. Pose, ideas, references, written explanation, anything. So I can fulfill your request properly.
✦ Once I have started with your commission, I will DM you with the sketch.
✦ You can ask for big changes BEFORE i start with the lineart and color, and only a max of three times. After that there will be an additional charge. Small changes such as details or color changes won't charge anything.
✦ The final product will be sent via a drive link.
✦ You can ask for wips after I've informed you that I already started your commission. But keep in mind that I will updating you with the process. You can also see if I already started with your commission here.
✦ !! Keep in mind while commissioning me: the time of your commission will vary depending on how is my health going. Still, I will fulfill it before 8 weeks since the payment has been done.
